Analytical framework on consumption and healthy nutrition (D2.1)

This deliverable co-proposes an analytical framework that places food consumption and healthy nutrition in the wider context of the food system. The framework takes a practice-based approach to nutrition, covering four main interrelated components: dietary intake, food acquisition practices, food environment, and food chain. Additionally, the report proposes a selection of indicators connected to each of the framework’s components and elaborates on the methodological approach used to operationalize them.
